Complimentary Discovery Call
We'll start with a complimentary call to learn about your renovation, what you'd like to change and how we can help. We'll talk through our kitchen and bathroom design service — or recommend another service if we feel a consultation or full-service interior design would be a better fit for your project.
Getting to Know Your Home
Before we meet, you'll complete a questionnaire and share any inspiration, ideas or plans you've collected. We'll then meet at your home to review everything together, photograph and measure the space, and discuss your needs, priorities and wish list so we have what we need to begin designing.
Your Design & Presentation
We'll develop your kitchen or bathroom design, including the layout and selections for cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, finishes and other details needed for your space. At your presentation, we'll walk you through the concept using a combination of drawings, samples, visuals and 3D renderings so you can clearly see how everything will come together. We'll make revisions where needed before finalizing the design.
Drawings & Implementation
Once your design is approved, we'll prepare a specifications package and drawings for your contractor so they have the information needed to implement the design. If you'd like additional support during construction, we're also available for site visits to review progress, answer design questions and help ensure the details are being executed as intended — but ongoing construction oversight is completely optional.

We’ll meet at your home to discuss your ideas, take photos and measure your space. Then we’ll create your kitchen or bathroom design, present it using visuals, samples and 3D renderings, and make any revisions needed to finalize the plan.
03. Bring It To Life
With your design finalized, we’ll prepare the drawings and specifications your contractor needs to bring it to life. Then it’s time to renovate and watch your new kitchen or bathroom take shape, with optional design support available along the way.

Yes. Once your kitchen or bathroom design is finalized, we'll prepare a design package with the drawings and specifications your contractor needs to understand and implement the design. This can include layouts, elevations and details for cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, countertops, hardware and other finishes, as applicable to your project. Having this information documented helps clearly communicate the design and gives your contractor and trades a plan to work from.
Yes. If you already have a contractor or trades you trust, we're happy to work with them and provide the drawings and specifications they need to implement your kitchen or bathroom design. If you need recommendations, we can also connect you with contractors and trades we've worked with and trust, depending on your project and location. Once construction begins, optional site visits and design support are available if you'd like us to stay involved, answer design-related questions and help ensure the details are being executed as intended.
Our professional design fees typically range from $4,000–$12,000 for kitchens and $3,000–$9,000 for bathrooms. Projects at the lower end may focus on design guidance, selecting fixtures and finishes, and preparing a specifications package, while more comprehensive projects may include space planning, custom cabinetry design, 3D renderings and detailed drawing packages.
We'll learn more about your renovation during a complimentary discovery call and provide a clear proposal outlining our professional fees and what's included. Construction, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes and other renovation costs are separate.
Our kitchen and bathroom design services are available in person throughout Burlington, Oakville, Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara and surrounding areas. We also work virtually with clients across Canada and the United States, providing professional design guidance, finish and fixture selections, 3D renderings, drawings and specifications remotely.
