Complimentary Discovery Call
We’ll start with a complimentary call to learn a little about your project and help determine which consultation — or another one of our design services — is the best fit for what you need.
Pre-Consultation Questionnaire
Before we meet, you’ll complete a questionnaire and share photos of your home, inspiration images, and any drawings, ideas or product links you’ve already collected. We’ll review everything ahead of time so we can come prepared and make the most of our time together.
Your Consultation
You'll have a focused 30-minute virtual interior design consultation or a more comprehensive 2-hour session, available in person or virtually. We’ll answer your questions about paint colours, layouts, space planning, finishes, lighting, décor and more, while offering ideas and recommendations you may not have considered. We can also help you source products and recommend where to shop for the finishes, furniture and décor you need.
Follow-Up Resources
After our meeting, we’ll send you any visuals or inspiration images we referenced, along with links to products we sourced or discussed during the consultation. Most importantly, you’ll finish your consultation with professional guidance, answers to your questions and a clear direction so you can confidently move forward with your project.

We offer two consultation options depending on how much support you need. Our 30-minute Virtual Clarity Call starts at $175, while our more comprehensive 2-hour consultation starts at $1,075. Your consultation fee includes our preparation beforehand, your consultation session, and the follow-up resources outlined above.

In-person consultations are available throughout Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara and surrounding areas. Virtual interior design consultations are available worldwide, and we've worked virtually with clients across Canada and the United States, including British Columbia, New York and California.

At Staci Edwards Design, our interior design and decorating consultations can take place at one of our local trade showrooms, where we regularly source furniture and décor for our full-service interior design and decorating clients. We can shop together, compare options and help you select pieces for your home in real time, giving you access to professional guidance while you make your purchasing decisions.
It depends on the complexity of your questions and whether you choose a 30-minute or 2-hour consultation. Your consultation isn't limited to one room — we can dive deeply into a specific space or design dilemma, or work through questions across several areas of your home, as time allows. Because we review your questionnaire, photos and inspiration ahead of time, we come prepared and spend our time together focused on your project and the decisions you need help making.
Absolutely! We can help you design and source custom furniture, upholstery and window treatments, including selecting appropriate styles, sizes, fabrics and finishes for your home. We work with trusted trade suppliers and workrooms and can help guide you through the options available based on your space, style and budget.
Your consultation is primarily a working session, so we don't provide a formal design presentation or design package afterward. We will send you any inspiration images or visuals we used to help explain our recommendations, along with links to products we sourced during the consultation so you can easily shop the items we discussed. You'll also leave the session with clear direction and professional recommendations for moving your project forward.
Absolutely. If you've created a room design using AI but aren't sure how to turn the image into a real space, bring it to your consultation. We can help you determine what will actually work in your home, refine the layout and selections, source similar furniture, finishes and décor, and recommend where to shop so you can bring the overall look to life.
