We’ll start with a complimentary call to learn about your project, what you’re planning and how we can help. We’ll talk through our full-service interior design offering — or recommend another service if we feel a consultation, kitchen and bathroom design or decorating would be a better fit.
Getting to Know Your Home
Before we meet, you'll complete a questionnaire and share any inspiration, ideas or plans you've collected. We'll then meet at your home to review everything together, photograph and measure the space, and discuss your needs, priorities and wish list so we have what we need to begin designing.
Your Design & Presentation
We’ll develop a cohesive design for your home, considering everything from layouts, cabinetry, finishes, fixtures and lighting to furnishings and décor, depending on the scope of your project. At your presentation, we’ll walk you through the design using visuals, samples and 3D renderings so you can see how everything will come together. We’ll make revisions where needed before finalizing the design.
Drawings & Implementation
Once your design is approved, we’ll prepare the specifications and drawings needed to bring it to life and can provide design support throughout construction. Depending on the level of service you choose, we can also order furnishings and décor, coordinate deliveries and installations, and complete your home with final styling — carrying the design through from the initial concept to the finishing touches.

Once the design is finalized, we'll help carry the vision through to completion. Depending on your level of service, we'll provide support during construction, order furnishings and décor, coordinate deliveries and installations, and complete your home with final styling — bringing everything together from the initial design to the finishing touches.

Full-service interior design is best suited to larger, more involved projects such as whole-home renovations, new builds, additions and renovations involving multiple rooms or significant changes to your home's layout and finishes. It’s especially helpful when there are many interconnected decisions to make and you want one cohesive design carried throughout your home.
If you're renovating only a kitchen or bathroom, our Kitchen & Bathroom Design service may be a better fit. If your home is already structurally complete and you primarily need help with furniture and décor, our Interior Decorating service may be all you need. It’s a good idea to reach out early, as we often book projects in advance. For new builds and larger renovations involving an architect, you can reserve your project with us while the architectural plans are still being developed, with our interior design work beginning once those plans are complete.
This allows us to step in at the right time to develop the interior layouts and details, including cabinetry, electrical and lighting plans, plumbing, finishes and fixtures, before construction is too far underway. Yes. We’re happy to work with the architect, contractor and trades you already have in place, providing them with the design information they need to bring your project to life. Our design packages are detailed and can include drawings, specifications, finish and fixture selections, cabinetry details, and electrical and lighting plans, giving your project team clear direction to work from.
If you don’t already have an architect, contractor or trades in place, we can also recommend trusted professionals we’ve worked with, depending on your project and location.
Absolutely. One of the benefits of our full-service interior design offering is that we can carry the vision beyond the renovation and into the furnishing and finishing stages of your home. We can source furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments, art and décor, then coordinate ordering, deliveries and installation before completing the space with final styling.
This allows the architectural details, finishes, furnishings and décor to feel cohesive rather than designed separately. Every full-service interior design project is different, so we provide a custom proposal based on the size, scope and level of support your project requires. As a general guide, our professional design fees typically range from $25,000–$50,000 per floor, depending on the size of the home and complexity of the project.
We work on a flat-fee basis, so your proposal will clearly outline your professional design fee and what’s included in your scope of work before you decide to move forward. Construction, furnishings, fixtures, finishes and other project costs are separate. Our full-service interior design services are available throughout Burlington, Oakville, Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara and surrounding areas. Because this service can involve site visits, construction support, installations and coordination throughout the project, we primarily work with clients within our local service area.
