What services do you offer?

We offer comprehensive interior design services for renovations and new builds, full-service interior decorating, and one-time design consultations.

What is your design style?

The best representation of our design style can be found in our Portfolio (link). We like to describe this as a combination of classic and contemporary design, where each element is chosen with intention while maintaining everyday comfort and practicality. When we begin working together, our initial discovery call will enable us to get to know your style and to learn more about your home and goals, so that we are aligned before we start to design.

Do I need to have a clear design vision before working with you?

No, you do not need to have a vision before bringing us on to help. If you do know what you want, that’s great! But, if you don't, it's okay—we're here to help. We’ll work together to help you define a style you resonate with before we begin any of the steps of designing your home.

What if I have a limited budget?

We understand each project comes with financial considerations, so we aim to be as transparent as possible from the very first step. Upon inquiring, you’ll receive our investment guide detailing more information about our services, starting costs, and the process of hiring an interior design team. From there, we’ll connect on a call to learn more about your needs, your financial considerations and share more about our approach.

What is your fee structure? Do you bill hourly?

We do not bill hourly; we actually work on a flat fee structure. With this payment structure, we’re able to provide an actual scope of service so you know exactly what you’re going to receive and what the price will be—no surprises.

How long does a project typically take?

Project timelines can vary greatly as they depend on your specific scope. Small renovations may take several weeks, whereas larger projects may take years from start to finish, depending on the scope of work. During our initial discovery call, we will provide you with a tentative timeline customized to your project so you have an idea of what to expect.

Are your one-time consultations available virtually?

Yes, they are! We offer virtual consultations for those further afield. You can learn more about our consultation service here.

What’s the difference between decorating and styling?

Decorating covers larger decor pieces such as furniture, drapery, area rugs, art, and throw pillows—all the elements that make a home feel finished. Styling pertains to all of the additional, smaller-sized accessories like candles, books, plants, etc.

Do you offer services beyond Canada?

Absolutely! We’re happy to extend our services outside of Ontario, Canada, and travel where needed. We can support our clients remotely, too.

Do you ever use your client’s existing furniture and decor?

If you have some special pieces you’d like to integrate into your refreshed home; we can work together to ensure it complements all the elements we invite into your space.
